The apple butter flavour is subtle but adds a nice sweetness, and the butterscotch makes this lighter roast feel surprisingly rich. I've been drinking it black and it’s smooth from start to finish.

The pecan note really comes through once it cools a bit, and that butterscotch finish lingers longer than I expected from a lighter roast. Smooth enough to drink black, no bitterness at all.

I usually drink darker roasts so I was a little unsure about this lighter one, but it's shockingly smooth with no bitter bite at all. The pecan note comes through strongest for me, and it's become my default morning cup.
