Brewed a filter cup this morning and the dried cherry note came through beautifully—made my whole kitchen smell amazing. The fruity base with that caramel sweetness balanced perfectly, no bitterness at all. Exactly what I needed for a lazy afternoon.

Pulled this as espresso and the caramel sweetness is right up front, with the citrus zest cutting through on the finish. Been drinking it every afternoon for a week now and it's become my little ritual.

Tried it as a pour-over this morning and the dried cherry notes really came through nicely. Smooth finish with a hint of caramel.
