Ruby's 2 lb

I usually take my coffee with milk but this one I drink black just to keep that brown sugar and chocolate thing going. Two pounds lasted me almost a month at one cup a day. Genuinely the smoothest medium roast I've had in a while.

I wasn't expecting the stone fruit to come through this clearly, but it hits right up front before mellowing into that bittersweet chocolate finish. Been brewing it in a French press all week and it's smooth enough to drink black, which I rarely do.

The brown sugar and chocolate flavors mellow out the fruit notes perfectly; this medium roast is smooth and comforting from the first sip.
