Organic Espresso 310 gr

I was skeptical about the marshmallow touch, but it actually rounds out the bitterness perfectly without being sweet. The crema is thick and dark, exactly what I want for my morning cortado.

This is the first espresso that tastes smooth without any bitterness creeping in, and the chocolaty depth lingers just right after the last sip. I’ve been brewing it every morning for a week straight and the 310g bag still feels plenty full.

The marshmallow note really shines through without being overly sweet, and the chocolate finish makes for a smooth afternoon espresso. This is my go-to bag now for a comforting pick-me-up.
