Monkey Bite Espresso 10 oz

I was skeptical about a coffee inspired by a monkey attack, but the brown sugar sweetness really comes through in every shot. It pulls a gorgeous crema and tastes smooth, not bitter at all.

The butterscotch and dried apricot notes really come through in the crema, and it pulls a thick, syrupy shot every time. Sweet like brown sugar without any added flavoring, it’s become my go-to for a straight espresso.

Dialed these in for my morning latte and the butterscotch note really comes through once you get the grind right. The dried apricot finish is subtle but there. Genuinely one of the sweeter espresso roasts I've had without any added syrup.
