The molasses sweetness really lingers after each sip, which I didn’t expect from a chocolate-forward bean. Brewed it in my dripper this morning and the aroma alone made the whole kitchen smell incredible.

The molasses sweetness lingers just long enough after each sip, and the spice hits your tongue in a way that's warming without being overpowering. This is my new go-to for pour-over mornings.

That first sip hit me with a rich chocolate wave, then the spicy kick and molasses sweetness lingered perfectly. I’ve been brewing it in my Kalita Wave and it fills the kitchen with an amazing, complex aroma. My new favorite morning bean for sure.
