Flying Monkey Espresso 10 oz

Made a mocha with this and the chocolate notes still came through the milk instead of disappearing like most espresso blends do. As a cappuccino it's creamy without going bitter. This 10 oz bag won't last me long.

Pulled a double shot this morning and it cut right through the steamed milk in my cappuccino without tasting weak or ashy. The chocolate notes really come forward once you add milk, which is exactly what I wanted from an espresso blend.

Pulled a cortado with these beans and the shot held its own against the steamed milk, nice and punchy without turning bitter. Grind was consistent out of the bag, though I wish the bag had a firmer seal for keeping them fresh longer.
