I’ve been using this as my go-to morning cold brew and it’s surprisingly smooth even without milk. The lemon cream note is there but subtle, not overpowering. Perfect for a lighter roast.

The lemon cream note really comes through in a pour-over, it's delicate but bright. I've been using it for my morning filter brew and it cuts through the fog perfectly without any bitterness.

I've been drinking this as cold brew all week and it's ridiculous — that bonbon thing isn't marketing, it genuinely tastes like lemon cream. As a lighter roast it never turns bitter, even when I forget it overnight.
