Ethereal 12 oz

This coffee’s medium roast brings out the berry notes beautifully without any bitterness. I’ve been brewing it in my French press and the caramel sweetness lingers nicely in the finish.

The deep dark berry notes are bold and distinct without being acidic, and the caramel finish lingers just enough to be satisfying. I’ve been brewing this as my morning drip and it’s smooth from the first sip to the last.

The berry flavors are definitely there, but I was expecting a bit more of the caramel sweetness they mention. Still, for a medium roast, it’s smooth and makes a solid morning cup without any bitterness.
