The fruity aroma while brewing is incredible, and the cup itself has this candy-like sweetness without being sugary. I've been drinking it black, and it's surprisingly smooth for a light roast.

The lighter roast really lets the natural sweetness of the African and Latin American beans shine through, and the smell during grinding is almost like candy. Brewed a cup this morning and it had a bright, clean finish without any bitterness.

The beans smell amazing right out of the bag—like candy, seriously—and the lighter medium roast makes for a smooth, bright cup that isn't bitter at all. I've been brewing this every morning and the flavor is consistent, which is hard to find with other blends.
