Took a chance on these for my cold brew and the fruity notes really come through even after 18 hours of steeping. The clean finish means no bitter aftertaste, which is exactly what I've been hunting for in a dedicated cold brew bean.

I’ve been using these beans for my morning cold brew and they produce a noticeably cleaner, fruitier cup than my usual medium roasts. The only downside is the bag could be a bit bigger for the price.
