Big Riff 2 lb

Pulled a shot this morning and the dried fruit notes really came through—smooth, not bitter at all. Holds up beautifully with a splash of oat milk, too.

This has become my go-to for morning espresso — creamy body with just enough sweetness to drink straight, no sugar needed. It also holds up nicely with a splash of cream without going flat. Two pounds goes faster than I'd like, honestly.

The plum note really comes through when I pull it as espresso, and it stays sweet even after I add a splash of cream. Two pounds goes fast in my house because my partner keeps sneaking shots too.
