Angel Wings 250 gr

I was skeptical about seasonal blends, but this batch delivers that deep toffee sweetness consistently. The butterscotch notes come through perfectly in my morning pour-over.

Brewed a cup this morning and that butterscotch note really comes through—smooth and rich without any bitterness. The 250g bag lasted me about two weeks of daily morning mugs. Exactly the kind of consistent flavor I was hoping for from a rotating blend.

I was skeptical about a rotating blend keeping consistent flavor, but the big buttery caramel notes are spot-on in every batch I’ve tried. Makes a perfect afternoon pour-over when I want something smooth and sweet.
