Finally, a house blend that actually works with my espresso machine and drip maker without dialing in separately. The balanced sweetness and soft acidity make every cup smooth, even when I let it cool down a bit.

I was hoping for a slightly stronger citrus kick, but the soft acidity and sweetness still make a really nice, balanced morning cup. It brews smoothly and works well with my usual pour-over method.

The citrus acidity is there, but it’s a bit too faint for my taste—I was hoping for a sharper pop. Still, the sweetness balances it out enough that it’s a decent everyday option, just not something I’d rave about.
