Big Truck 2 lb

I was a bit skeptical about a 2 lb bag, but this roast holds its own—smooth with a dark chocolate finish that lingers just right. It works beautifully as a mellow drip, which is how I've been enjoying it most mornings.

Pulled a double shot with this and the dark chocolate came through perfectly—no bitterness at all. Even with a splash of milk, those deep red fruit notes still shine through.

As a latte with oat milk, the dark chocolate notes really come through without any bitterness. It's a 2 lb bag, so it lasts me a good few weeks of daily morning cups. Mellowed out nicely with milk, just like they suggest.
