I’ve been brewing this as my morning drip for a week now, and the smoothness really lets the origin flavors shine through without any bitterness. The dark roast is rich but never harsh, making that balanced acidity feel just right for a daily cup.

I’ve tried plenty of dark roasts that just taste burnt, but this one keeps the bean’s natural character while still being bold and smooth. The balanced acidity is noticeable but not sharp, which makes it perfect for my morning cup. Definitely my new go-to for a rich, clean finish.
