The dark chocolate and toffee notes come through beautifully in a French press, and it holds up just as well with a splash of oat milk. Fairtrade organic status was a bonus for me, but the flavor is what’s pulling me back for another bag.

Pulled a shot this morning and the red fruit note came through perfectly balanced with the toffee—smooth enough to drink black. The organic certification was a nice bonus for the price.

The dark chocolate note really comes through in my pour-over, and there's a sweetness underneath that makes it drinkable black without any bitterness. The bag smells incredible when you crack it open, and knowing it's fairtrade organic makes that morning cup feel a little better.
