Sugarcane Decaf 2 lb

The sugar cane process makes this decaf taste almost identical to my usual beans, and it brews up with a surprisingly rich body. I’ve served it to two coffee snobs without telling them it was decaf and neither noticed. Great afternoon cup that doesn’t leave me wired.

I mostly drink regular coffee, so decaf was always an afterthought to me until this bag. The sugarcane process actually gives it a smooth, slightly sweet finish with none of that flat cardboard taste I remember from other decafs. Two pounds lasted me a while too.

I was skeptical that a sugarcane decaf could taste this full-bodied, but the Colombian process really comes through in the cup. No bitter aftertaste at all, just smooth and slightly sweet.
