The dark cherry note really comes through in the first sip, and that spicy tobacco finish lingers just long enough to feel indulgent. I've been brewing it in my French press each morning and it's turned into a small ritual I actually look forward to.

I brewed this as a pour-over and the pipe tobacco note really comes through on the finish, which I wasn't expecting from a coffee. It's got that bittersweet edge to it, so if you usually take yours with sugar you might not need any. Genuinely one of the more interesting cups I've had in a while.

The dark cherry and chocolate notes come through way more than I expected, and it finishes smooth instead of bitter. Been drinking it black every morning this week and the spicy tobacco thing in the background is growing on me. Two pounds barely lasted a month.
