Wild Single Origin 250 gr

I wasn’t sure what to expect from experimental processing, but the bold aroma and bright fruitiness make this single origin stand out. The bag lasted me two weeks of morning brews, and every cup had a lively, tropical kick.

The tropical notes hit you right away on the first sip, and the experimental processing really shows through in that bold, fruit-forward finish. I've already ordered another bag before this one ran out, it's that good.

I've been drinking this as my morning pour-over for two weeks and the fruit-forward thing is no joke. The rotating single origin keeps it interesting, though I wish the roast date was printed bigger on the bag.
