The chocolatey notes hit first, then the fruit brightness kicks in—it’s a perfectly balanced morning cup. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and the honey-like finish lingers just long enough. Definitely my new go-to for a smooth, non-acidic wake-up.

I usually take my coffee black, but this one has such a smooth chocolatey base that I've started drinking it with just a splash of milk. The Ethiopian beans really come through with that fruit-forward finish.

The honey-like sweetness in this one is no joke - it comes through right at the front and fades into a cocoa finish. I've been brewing it as my daily drip and the fruitiness keeps it interesting without being tart.
