The dried apricot note really comes through in the finish, making each sip interesting. This is the first coffee I've had that actually tastes like brown sugar without any added flavoring.

Pulled a shot this morning and the crema was thick enough to hold a spoon, with that brown sugar sweetness coming through just as promised. The butterscotch finish lingers nicely without turning bitter, even in a plain americano.

The dried apricot note really comes through once the shot cools a bit, and it's sweet enough that I've stopped adding sugar. Two pounds lasts me about a month of daily doubles, which is the right size for my counter.
