I was skeptical about the blueberry note, but it's genuinely there alongside the dark chocolate in every sip. The sugar density makes this incredibly smooth for a dark roast, and it finishes with a nice molasses sweetness that lingers.

I brewed this as a pour-over and that dark chocolate flavor really shines through, almost like a dessert in a mug. The blueberries add a nice bright twist that keeps it from being too heavy. Definitely my new go-to for a cozy afternoon cup.

The molasses note is incredibly pronounced without being cloying, and that syrupy body makes for a truly decadent cup. This is easily the most sugar-dense bean I've brewed in months, perfect for a slow morning treat.
