I was worried it might be too dark for my taste, but the roast is actually smooth and rich without any bitterness. The low acidity really lets the chocolatey notes come through, perfect for my afternoon cup.

This is my go-to morning brew now — the dark roast gives it a bold, almost chocolatey depth without any of that sharp acidity. I can actually taste the individual character of the beans, just like the description said.

I'm not usually a fan of acidic coffees, but this dark roast is surprisingly smooth and mellow. The 2 lb bag is great for my morning routine, and the flavor stays consistent through the whole cup.
