The fruitiness really comes through in the cup without being sharp, and the body feels thick and smooth. I brewed it as a pour-over and it held up beautifully, rich but still bright. This one's earned a permanent spot in my morning rotation.

The mix of washed and natural beans really comes through — full body up front, then that fruity finish on the back end. Pulled it as a shot and it held up nicely without turning bitter.

I was skeptical about a blend claiming to be both rich and fruity, but this one actually delivers. The naturally processed beans give it a punchy berry note up front, and the washed ones round it out with a full, syrupy body. Been drinking it as a pour over all week and it's become my morning staple
