The molasses notes came through beautifully in my Aeropress this morning—exactly the rich, comforting cup I needed. It’s quickly become my go-to for a dependable filter brew.

Brewed a cup this morning and the baked pear aroma was surprisingly distinct—almost like a hint of fruit in the air. Paired perfectly with my Chemex, smooth from start to finish.

The molasses note really comes through in my Chemex, and it’s got that depth that makes a morning cup feel a bit special. Grounds stay consistent, no clumping, and it brews clean without any bitterness. This bag’s already earned a repeat spot in my rotation.
