I was curious how the seasonal switch-up would taste, and the current batch has a bold, almost smoky character that works great in my morning mug. Definitely a fun bean for anyone who likes variety in their cup.

The roasted notes are deeper this season than last, really letting each component shine on its own. Took a few sips to adjust to the changing profile, but now it's my favorite morning cup.
