Dawn Patrol 10 oz

The caramel note really shines through when I brew it as a pour-over—smooth and not acidic at all. A bag lasts me about two weeks, and it stays fresh until the last cup.

I was surprised how clean and crisp it tasted for a light roast — the caramel note is there but not overpowering. Works great as a pour-over in the morning.

The caramel note really comes through whether I use it in my espresso machine or pour-over. Clean and crisp, just as described, with zero bitterness. I've already ordered another bag.
