Finally a coffee that works equally well in my espresso machine and my drip maker without changing the flavor profile. The balanced body makes a smooth morning cup without any harshness.

I’ve been brewing this in my AeroPress every morning and the balance is spot on—smooth enough for a quick espresso pull too. It’s nice to find a single bean that works for both without tasting bitter on the filter side.

The mild acidity in this Peru blend really shines through in my morning pour-over, though I wish it had a bit more body for espresso shots. It's a solid daily drinker that won't break the bank.
