Wild Single Origin 1 kg

The tropical notes really come through in the brew, and the experimental processing gives it a complexity I wasn't expecting from a single origin. I've been enjoying it as a morning pour-over and it's consistently bold without being bitter. Definitely my new go-to for a rotating seasonal coffee.

I grabbed the 1 kg bag expecting it to last a while but I've already torn through half of it. The rotating single origin thing keeps it interesting since the flavor shifts each time I reorder, and this batch has a wild fruity punch that's unreal in my pour-over.

The tropical notes in this month's lot are seriously intense, almost like passionfruit in a cup. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the aromatics fill the whole kitchen. The 1 kg bag is a lot of coffee, but at this quality I'm not complaining.
