Finally dialed in a pour-over that tastes as bright and complex as the Ethiopian notes promise, with zero bitterness even at a finer grind. The roast is perfectly developed for both espresso and drip, making this bag a great all-in-one choice for the week.

Pulled my first shot this morning and the Ethiopian notes came through beautifully—smooth and not at all bitter. This roast handles drip just as well, which makes it perfect for my daily routine.

I’ve been switching between my espresso machine and pour-over with this single bag, and both methods taste clean and vibrant. That Ethiopian aroma really cuts through, even in milk drinks.
