I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and sweet the Ethiopian batch tastes this season — it's perfect for my morning pour-over. The 12 oz bag lasts me about two weeks, and the freshness from local roasting really comes through.

The Colombian roast this month has such a clean, sweet finish that it makes my morning pour-over feel like a café treat. I love that they switch up origins to keep things interesting.

I've been ordering this for a few months now and the rotating single-origin thing keeps it interesting — the Colombian batch last month was noticeably sweeter than the Ethiopian I had before. Roasted locally too, so it always tastes fresh when it shows up.
