It’s got that deep caramelized sweetness that hits right after the shot, and the background notes really come through without being overpowering. I’ve been brewing it daily for a week and the 12 oz bag is gone too fast—my only complaint is my own restraint.

That first pull this morning was like tasting liquid caramel – way more concentrated than my usual beans, and that background sweetness carried through the whole cup. My espresso finally has that bold, sticky richness I've been chasing.

The caramel notes in this coffee are really intense, it made my morning espresso taste like a rich, sticky dessert. I love that it gives me that extra jolt of energy without any bitterness. Already added another bag to my cart.
