I've been pulling this as my daily shot for two weeks and it's shockingly forgiving on my cheap grinder. The fair-trade organic thing is nice, but honestly the thick, almost syrupy body is what keeps me reordering.

The dark chocolate note really comes through in every shot, and it pulls a thick crema that clings to the cup. I've brewed it both as a straight espresso and a cortado, and it holds its own either way. Knowing it's organic and fair-trade makes the daily ritual feel even better.
