Curious Single Origin 1 kg

This month's lot has this bright citrus thing going on that cuts through milk really well. I've been pulling it as espresso in the mornings and it stays sweet instead of going sour. Genuinely look forward to whatever origin shows up next.

The rotating origins keep it interesting — this bag leaned heavy on red fruit with a citrus finish that really wakes up my morning pour-over. Fresh enough that I got visible bloom on the first brew, and 1 kg lasts me about a month.
