Brewed this as a drip this morning and the caramel sweetness carried right through to the last sip, even black. The molasses note is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower, but it's definitely there. A comforting cup for a slow weekend, no bitterness at all.

The honey and nougat notes really come through when I brew this as a filter, sweeter than I expected for a medium roast. Been drinking it every morning for two weeks now and the 12 oz bag is already half gone.

I brewed this as a pour-over and got a nice caramel sweetness without any bitterness. The medium roast is smooth, though I wish the nougat note was a bit more pronounced. Still, a solid everyday bean for filter coffee.
