The cedar and nutmeg notes give this darker roast a really cozy, almost spiced finish that I wasn't expecting. It's smooth enough to drink black, which is my usual test for a good coffee.

Victoria K. ★★★★★ Oct 20, 2026

The apricot note really comes through on the first sip, softening the dark roast’s edge into something smooth and comforting. The cedar and nutmeg finish lingers just long enough to make the next cup tempting. It’s my new go-to for slow mornings.

I was looking for a dark roast that wasn't bitter, and the cedar and nutmeg notes in this one are just right. The 2 lb bag lasts a while, and the smell alone makes mornings better.
