The double-wall insulation keeps my coffee hot for over an hour without burning my hands. This chamber fits perfectly and feels much sturdier than the original plastic part.

I wasn't sure a stainless steel replacement would feel this sturdy, but the 304 grade is noticeably thicker than the original. The double-wall vacuum insulation actually keeps my coffee hot for a solid 20 minutes without any heat loss through the sides.

Finally got this stainless steel chamber for my AeroPress and the double-wall insulation actually keeps the coffee hot for a solid ten minutes—way better than the glass carafe I was using before. The 304 steel feels heavy and well-made, not flimsy at all.
